New Level Up Bonus Items
Now that some time has passed, it has been verified that the old level up bonus loot is no longer dropping. There were 9 old items that no longer drop and have been replaced by these 9 new items. The net result is you shouldn't see a difference in the number of skill points offered for level up bonuses.
The following 5 items will drop from regular promotions.
The following 4 items will drop from Golden Promotions.
