In addition to all of the loot items I recently posted about, there are 4 with high stats labeled “Special Event”. I imagine these items will involve reward points and could possibly be for the next Marketplace Promotion. There was also 1 item labeled called the Emergency Physician labeled “Marketplace”. What seems different about this item is the description that we usually see in the Marketplace Module is now on the item. This one is “Saving lives, always”.
