Zynga actually made their players a good deal. For a very limited time, you could speed up any Global Property timer and get two items instead of one. It was only available for a few hours so many didn’t get the chance to take them up on the offer. Some players reported that they did not receive the skill points so maybe it was pulled and will come back. If you get the popup shown below, pounce! You could get 40 health points for 12 reward points and that’s a awesome deal. I can't tell you much more about the feature as I wasn't on line when it was available. If you look closely the upcoming Limited Time Property is featured on the popup.
